Web SEO Consult

SEO audit

A full diagnosis of your site: what stops Google understanding it, which pages are within reach of ranking, and what to fix first. Most people who ask for one already have a website, have gone months without seeing movement, and nobody has explained why.

What it includes

A full crawl of the site with Screaming Frog: status codes, redirect chains, duplicate titles and meta descriptions, orphan pages and click depth.
Indexing reviewed in Search Console, with the Page indexing report read reason by reason and crawled URLs compared against indexed ones and against your sitemap.
Twelve months of Search Console performance data exported and segmented: queries per page, average position, and pages stuck between eighth and twentieth.
A cannibalisation check, meaning two or more of your own URLs competing for the same search.
Core Web Vitals from field data (CrUX) as well as lab tests, with the LCP element identified template by template.
A comparison against three to five real competitors, the ones ranking above you for your actual queries rather than the ones you think of, on topic coverage and structure.
A written report giving each problem, where it lives, what to change and who should do it: you, your developer or me.
The list prioritised by impact against effort, and an hour on a call going through it with you.

How I approach it

Access first, crawl second

I need read access to Search Console and Analytics before anything starts; if they don't exist, I set them up. Then I crawl the whole site and take the snapshot: how many URLs there really are, how many return something other than a 200, and how many sit in the sitemap but not in the index.

Read what already works

Before hunting for errors I look at what brings you visits today. The pages hovering around the second page of results are usually the most profitable work in the report: Google already likes them, they're just short. That shapes the whole order of priorities.

Compare with whoever is ahead of you

I take your queries with the most impressions and look at who holds the top spots. Not to copy them, but to see what they cover that you don't, and whether the gap is content, structure or authority.

The document and the call

The deliverable isn't an eighty-page PDF of Lighthouse screenshots. It's an ordered list, each problem explained in plain language, plus a recorded call where I walk you through the lot and answer questions. What you do with it afterwards is yours, with me or without me.

What it doesn't include

I don't carry out the changes. The audit diagnoses; implementing is separate, whether that's you, your developer, or me on a retainer.
It isn't a conversion or usability audit. I look at whether people find you, not whether they buy.
There's no follow-up built in. If you want somebody watching that the fixes get made and measured, that's ongoing work.
No traffic or ranking forecasts at X months. I can't produce those honestly, and be wary of anyone who says they can.
Past 1,000 URLs the crawl and the analysis change scale, so that gets quoted separately.

Indicative price

From €950, one-off, before IGIC. It rises with the size of the site and with how many different templates need reviewing; over 1,000 URLs I quote separately. The full figures and what each one covers are on Pricing.

Tell me what you sell and where you want people to find you. Fifteen minutes on a call is usually enough for me to say whether this is worth your money or whether I'd be selling you something you don't need. WhatsApp is the easiest place to start; the number is +34 687 367 397 if you'd rather ring.
